How I Got Started with FileMaker
The Support Group has been working with FileMaker for decades, since our founder Rich Coulombre started teaching a FileMaker Pro class at MIT, then at other schools, and then wrote a book on FileMaker Pro 2.
We’re starting a new series of occasional entries on how the rest of us at The Support Group got started with FileMaker. Some of us were hardcore Computer Science majors. Others of us stumbled upon the simplicity, power, and—yes—fun of FileMaker while using it to solve problems in previous jobs. We just want to share some stories of how we each got where we are today.
