The Support Group’s Natick, MA office is our corporate headquarters and is located at 24 Prime Park Way in Cochituate Place. There is ample free parking. We can be easily reached from the Mass. Turnpike, Routes 9 and 30 and we are ¼ mile away from the Natick Mall.

Getting there

Driving directions from the Massachusetts Turnpike (Route 90) East or West (Logan Airport):

Take the Mass Turnpike (Route 90) to Natick/Framingham exit 13. After proceeding through the toll booth, bear left to the ramp for Route 30 East towards Natick/Wellesley. Proceed straight on Route 30 (Cochituate Road) staying in the right-hand lane to the first traffic light. Turn right onto Speen Street and then move into the left hand lane. Proceed .5 miles on Speen Street through two traffic lights. Turn left on Superior Drive and proceed straight through the next traffic light heading towards Boston Scientific’s guard booth. Turn left just before the guard booth, crossing over railroad tracks, into Cochituate Place.

Driving directions from Route 9 (Worcester Road) eastbound:

Take Route 9 East to Natick. Move to right lane after seeing Circuit City, Firestone and Dunkin’ Donuts on the right. Just after the Crowne Plaza Hotel, take the Speen St./Mass Pike/Natick exit (DO NOT take Speen St./Natick). Carefully merge to the far right lane and turn right at the first traffic light onto Prime Park Way. Turn left just before the Boston Scientific guard booth, crossing over railroad tracks, into Cochituate Place.

Driving directions from Route 9 (Worcester Road) westbound:

Take Route 9 West to Natick. About 1 mile after going under the Route 27 overpass, take the Speen St./Mass Pike/Natick exit. At the first light, turn right onto Prime Park Way. Turn left just before the Boston Scientific guard booth, crossing over railroad tracks, into Cochituate Place. We are located on the first floor to the right when you walk into the front of the building.

Shuttle from Logan Airport

The Massport Logan Express shuttle will allow you to get to within 1 mile of our corporate headquarters. There are a couple of taxi services which can take you to your final destination.

After arriving at Logan Airport, proceed to the baggage claim area. Exit on that level to a site labeled “Shuttles.” This may be on an island several lanes away from the door. Watch for Logan Express. They serve several cities and you want the one going to Framingham. These are large buses, usually red and white; however, they do occasionally use other buses. They run every 30 minutes. The fare is $11/one way, $20/round trip. Once you arrive at their Framingham station, take a taxi to the hotel.

Schedule - Weekdays: 4am-11pm every 1/2 hour
Saturdays: 4, 4:30, 5:30 AM and 6 AM-10 PM, every hour
Sundays: 4, 4:30, 5:30 and 6 AM -noon every hour, noon to 11 PM every 1/2 hour with stops at all Logan terminals, travel time is about 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic.

Train from Boston

The South Station train will take you to within 5 minutes or 2 miles of our office. You will want to travel to the West Natick location (249 W. Central St., Natick, MA 01760). From there you will need a taxi. The following is a link to the MBTA’s Framingham/Worcester line. The cost from Boston is $5.75 one way.
