Training Registration Form

You may reserve a seat for any of our classes either by submitting the online registration form below or by calling toll free at (866) 940-8400 x225. After we receive your registration, we will contact you within one business day to confirm and arrange payment. Payments may be made by either credit card, check or money order.

Classes run from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm with a one hour break for lunch unless otherwise noted.

Full payment in advance is required to reserve a seat in a class. Payment must be received within 10 business days of the registration. If payment is not received by that time, the reservation may be canceled. Transfers to other class dates are permitted if made 10 business days or more prior to the class start date. Cancellations made 10 business days or more prior to the class start date can receive a full refund. Requests for refund of payment or transfers to another other class dates will not be honored if made less than 10 business days prior to the class start date. All class dates will be held tentative until 10 business days prior to the class start date. We suggest all travel arrangements be made on a refundable basis due to possible schedule changes. The Support Group, Inc. cannot be held responsible for travel and expense charges accrued by students in the event of a class cancellation.
